How It Works

Our streamlined 7-step process ensures your cargo reaches India safely and on time.

Step 1

Initial Consultation

Discuss your shipping requirements with us to receive an accurate price estimate.

Step 2

Complete Booking Form

Fill out our online booking form with your shipment details.

Step 3

Deposit Payment

Before scheduling pickup, we require a minimum deposit of £50 or £10 per box (whichever is higher). This will be adjusted in the final invoice.

Step 4

Pick-Up Arrangement

We collect your package from your specified UK address through DHL, FedEx, DPD, Parcel Force, or UPS.

Step 5

Warehouse Processing

Verification of package weight and dimensions at our Wembley, London warehouse.

Step 6

Invoice & Payment

Final invoice based on confirmed weight and size, with payment instructions.

Step 7

Shipment Dispatch

Your package begins its journey to India. Typically 14 working days to Metro cities and 21 working days to remote areas.

Important: Carrier Terms & Conditions

From pickup at your address until delivery at our Wembley warehouse, the terms and conditions of the pickup carrier (DHL, FedEx, DPD, Parcel Force, UPS) will apply. This information is available on the carrier's website directly, or you can request it from us before handing over the goods to the carrier.
