Size Limits
The home-collection size threshold is 80 cm on any side.
For home collection, items exceeding these dimensions incur a £60 Long Length Charge per parcel.
Weight Limits
The home-collection weight threshold is 30 kg per piece.
For home collection, items over 30 kg incur a £60 Heavy Weight Surcharge.

Home collection only: actual weight above 30 kg
Non-Compatible Items
For suitcases, bags, trolley bags and shrink-wrapped packages because labels do not adhere properly.
Locked Items
For any suitcases, bags, or boxes sent in a locked condition. This covers professional lock cutting.
Warehouse Drop-off Benefit
The Long Length Charge (£60) and Heavy Weight Surcharge (£60) apply only to home collection, where the pickup carrier is involved. Warehouse drop-off limits are 32 kg per box and 95 cm on any side. Above either limit, acceptance is at the warehouse team's discretion and is not guaranteed. Only the two home-collection surcharges do not apply at the warehouse; the limits still apply.
Carrier Terms & Conditions
From pickup at your address until delivery at our Wembley warehouse, the terms and conditions of the pickup carrier (DHL, FedEx, DPD, Parcel Force, UPS) will apply. This information is available on the carrier's website directly, or you can request it from us before handing over the goods to the carrier.
Our pickup services are carried out through DHL, FedEx, DPD, Parcel Force, and UPS.
