Go to book.cargoforce.com and create a booking. You get an airway bill (AWB) number — two letters and four digits, e.g. AA1234. Choose the drop-off option so pickup surcharges are waived.
Shop any UK store
Order from Amazon UK, Boots, Next, John Lewis or anywhere else. Buy from as many stores as you like.
Ship to our warehouse with your AWB in the address
At UK checkout, set the delivery address to our Wembley warehouse and enter your AWB in the address itself — on the same line as your name, or in Address Line 2 (e.g. "Priya Sharma – AA1234").
We receive and match it
When your parcel arrives we match it by AWB, photograph it, weigh it, and send your all-inclusive quote.
Pay, and we deliver to your door in India
Same all-inclusive pricing, same policies. Customs duty and IGST are included — there is nothing to pay on arrival.
Your AWB looks like AA1234 — two letters followed by four digits. Always choose the drop-off option when booking so pickup surcharges are waived.

Enter your AWB on the same line as your name, or in Address Line 2, so it prints on the courier label. We match every parcel by its AWB on arrival — don't rely on writing it on the box, as most retailers print their own labels.

Create a single booking to get one AWB, then enter that same AWB in the delivery address of every UK order.
Tell us what is coming
Submit the order details and tracking numbers for each parcel (in the booking system or via WhatsApp) so we know how many to expect and hold everything until it has all arrived.
Combined into one box
We check what is received, combine everything into a single outer carton, remove the retailer shipping labels for the onward leg, and forward it as one shipment — so you pay international freight once.
We do not alter your products
We do not open or repack the items inside. We only combine the parcels into one outer carton and strip the old shipping labels.
Chargeable weight
The greater of actual or volumetric weight. Volumetric = (L × W × H in cm) ÷ 5000, based on packaging as received.
Storage
30 days free from when your first parcel arrives, then £0.50 per package per day. Most customers never reach it.
Footwear limit
No more than one pair (two shoes) per AWB — you cannot combine several pairs onto one booking.

Paying from India
The GBP per-kg rate is the price. Pay in GBP and there is nothing more to pay.
If you choose to pay from India, the GBP amount is converted to INR and 18% GST is added on top. The per-kg rate itself never changes — the 18% applies only to INR payments.
What you cannot send
Batteries — strictly prohibited
Phones, laptops, tablets, power banks and anything containing lithium batteries cannot be shipped by air. This is a universal aviation safety rule.
Restricted by air
Flammables, aerosols, perfumes and similar items are restricted. Footwear is limited to one pair (two shoes) per AWB.
