What's included

When we say everything is included, we mean it. No fuel surcharges, no peak-season uplifts, no surprise customs bill at delivery.

  • Dedicated account manager

A single named contact for all your shipments — phone, email and WhatsApp during UK business hours.

  • Trade-account invoicing

Net-30 invoicing for established business accounts. Bank transfer in GBP, fully VAT-compliant invoices for your records.

  • UK EORI + India IEC handled

We coordinate your UK EORI export filing and your Indian receiver IEC — no need to involve your in-house broker.

  • HS-code classification

Our customs team classifies every line item to the correct HS code and pre-pays the correct Indian import duty.

  • Door-to-door, every Indian city

Air or sea, metro or non-metro — final-mile delivery to the receiver business address, included.

  • Repeat-shipment discounts

Volume rebates for businesses shipping monthly. Talk to us about a fixed-rate contract for predictable budgeting.

How it works

We handle every step from your UK doorstep to the receiver's door in India, so you don't have to.

  1. Trade-account onboarding

Quick KYC — UK company number, VAT number, EORI and a primary contact. Approved within 1 working day.

  2. Quote per shipment or contract

Per-shipment quote in GBP, or a fixed-rate contract for monthly volumes. All quotes are all-inclusive.

  3. Free doorstep pickup

Our driver collects from any UK postcode. We bring boxes and tape free of charge if you need them at the door.

  4. Wembley consolidation

Your shipment is weighed, measured and prepared at our Wembley warehouse. Photos and the final chargeable-weight invoice are shared with you.

  5. UK export & India customs

We handle all UK export paperwork, IGM filing, Indian customs clearance and import duty — everything is pre-paid in your quote.

  6. Door-to-door delivery

Final-mile delivery direct to the receiver in India. They sign for it; you get a delivery confirmation.

Is this the right service for you?

Ideal for

  • UK SMEs exporting to Indian distributors
  • Sample shipments to Indian buyers
  • Replacement parts for UK-installed equipment
  • Marketing materials, trade-show kits, samples
  • Repeat / scheduled shipments on a contract

Not the right fit for

  • One-off personal moves (see Personal Effects)
  • Battery-powered electronics — strictly prohibited
  • Dangerous goods / hazmat

Surcharges & restrictions

Full transparency. These are the only situations where extra charges or restrictions apply — and we tell you up front, never at delivery.

  • Battery items prohibited

Laptops, phones, tablets, power banks, drones and e-cigarettes are strictly NOT accepted on air or sea — international aviation safety rules.

  • INR payments +18% GST

Quotes are in GBP. Paying in INR (bank transfer or UPI in India) incurs an additional 18% GST surcharge.

  • KYC required

Indian customs requires a packing list, receiver Aadhaar copy, and full contact details for sender and receiver.

CargoForce ships inventory for over 200 UK small and mid-size businesses into India each year — from one-off B2B consignments to monthly Amazon India FBA restocks. Every business account gets a dedicated logistics lead, a repeatable lane and consolidated invoicing.

What we handle for business shippers

  • Amazon India FBA inbound shipments (FNSKU-labelled, pallet-ready).
  • Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho marketplace restocks.
  • Direct-to-consumer brand inventory transfers.
  • B2B trade shipments (wholesalers, distributors, importers).
  • Exhibition and trade-show cargo to Indian convention centres.
  • Spare parts and machinery components.

Air or sea — we quote both

We default to sea freight for inventory restocks (35–45 days, £2.50/kg) and air freight for urgent launches and replenishments (5–7 days, £4/kg). For shipments over 4 tonnes or 8 cubic metres, we also quote 20-foot, 40-foot and 40-foot high-cube full containers.

Importer of Record (IOR) options

Use Amazon India as IOR

Fastest path to market for Amazon-only sellers. Amazon takes legal ownership at the Indian border and handles duty.

Register your own Indian GSTIN

Required if you want to sell on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho or direct-to-consumer. Allow 3–5 weeks for registration. We connect you to vetted Indian GSTIN partners.

Use a third-party IOR

Specialist Indian agents act as IOR for a 1.5–3% fee on shipment value. Useful for test shipments or one-off B2B consignments.

What is included

  • UK doorstep collection from your warehouse or 3PL.
  • Consolidation, palletisation and FBA-compliant labelling.
  • Export documentation and commercial invoicing.
  • Air or sea freight on our preferred lanes.
  • Indian Customs clearance, Customs duty and IGST paid on your behalf.
  • Final-mile delivery to FBA warehouse, marketplace fulfilment centre or your Indian buyer.
  • Dedicated account manager for repeat lanes.
  • Consolidated monthly invoicing.

Repeatable lane setup

Once we have shipped your first 2–3 consignments, we set up a repeatable lane — same paperwork templates, same Customs broker, same sailing schedule. Most business clients move to a fixed monthly cadence: same pickup window, same arrival window, predictable cash flow.

Pricing

Same per-kilo rates as personal effects (£4/kg air, £2.50/kg sea), with volume discounts for accounts over 1 tonne per month. FCL pricing on request.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle Amazon India FBA inbound shipments?

Yes. We palletise to Amazon's specifications, apply FNSKU master-carton labels and deliver direct to the assigned FBA fulfilment centre in India.

Can you act as my Importer of Record?

Not directly — we are a freight forwarder, not a registered Indian importer. But we partner with vetted IOR specialists and can introduce you, typically for a 1.5–3% IOR fee on shipment value.

How much does business cargo cost?

Per-kilo rates are the same as personal effects — £4/kg air, £2.50/kg sea. Volume discounts apply for accounts shipping over 1 tonne per month, and FCL pricing is available for full containers.

Do you offer dedicated account management?

Yes. Business accounts get a named logistics lead, a repeatable shipping lane, consolidated monthly invoicing, and quarterly cost reviews. There is no extra fee for this — it is included.

Ready to ship?

Quote in minutes. Door-to-door. All customs and duty included. No hidden charges, ever.
