  1. Trade-account onboarding

    Quick KYC — UK company number, VAT number, EORI and a primary contact. Approved within 1 working day.

  2. Quote per shipment or contract

    Per-shipment quote in GBP, or a fixed-rate contract for monthly volumes. All quotes are all-inclusive.

  3. UK collection

    Collection is ground floor only. Free packaging materials are available for customers packing and dropping off at Wembley; we do not deliver boxes to homes.

  4. Wembley consolidation

    Your shipment is weighed, measured and prepared at our Wembley warehouse. Photos and the final chargeable-weight invoice are shared with you.

  5. UK export & India customs

    We handle all UK export paperwork, IGM filing, Indian customs clearance and import duty — everything is pre-paid in your quote.

  6. Door-to-door delivery

    Final-mile delivery direct to the receiver in India. They sign for it; you get a delivery confirmation.

    Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets / iPads, Power banks, Drones, E-cigarettes, Smart watches with batteries are strictly NOT accepted on air or sea — international aviation safety rules.

  • INR payments +18% GST

    Quotes are in GBP. Paying in INR (bank transfer or UPI in India) incurs an additional 18% GST surcharge.

  • KYC required

    Indian customs requires: Detailed packing list, Receiver's Aadhaar card copy, Sender + receiver contact details.

Air or sea — we quote both

We default to sea freight for inventory restocks (45 working days, £2.99/kg) and air freight for urgent launches and replenishments (14 working days to metro cities, £4/kg). For larger shipments we assess full-container enquiries individually — send us your weight, dimensions, goods and destination.

Importer of Record (IOR) options

Use Amazon India as IOR

Fastest path to market for Amazon-only sellers. Amazon takes legal ownership at the Indian border and handles duty.

Register your own Indian GSTIN

Required if you want to sell on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho or direct-to-consumer. Allow 3–5 weeks for registration. We connect you to vetted Indian GSTIN partners.

Use a third-party IOR

Specialist Indian agents act as IOR for a 1.5–3% fee on shipment value. Useful for test shipments or one-off B2B consignments.

Do you handle Amazon India FBA inbound shipments?

For an Amazon FBA enquiry, we first assess the marketplace, delivery destination and labelling requirements before confirming what we can provide. Include those requirements along with the goods, quantities, weight and dimensions. FBA delivery, palletising and FNSKU labelling are not confirmed until we have assessed the request.

Can you act as my Importer of Record?

We act as a freight forwarder. The importer arrangements depend on your own business setup and should be confirmed with a qualified adviser; our freight quote is not confirmation that we will act as Importer of Record. For the shipping assessment, send the goods, quantities, weight, dimensions and destination.

How much does business cargo cost?

Business cargo is priced case by case according to the goods, shipment volume and destination. Send your goods description, quantities, weight, dimensions and delivery destination for an individual quote. Personal-shipment rates or an assumed volume discount should not be used to calculate a business booking.

Business shipping support is discussed around your particular requirements, rather than offered here as a standard account-management package.
